Covid Pass Instructions

Covid Passes are currently mandatory entry requirements for Ceroc South Wales classes. You can obtain one of you are fully vaccinated or have had a recent negative test. This is how you can obtain a Covid Pass: 

VACCINATION CERTIFICATE:

If you do not have photographic ID, a smartphone or printer, or you would rather have a long term solution, you can request a letter from 0300 303 5667 to get your NHS Covid Pass certificate. It will take around 7-10 days to arrive, but the benefit is there is currently no expiry date.​
 

COVID PASS INSTRUCTIONS:

This is how you complete a quick and easy Covid Pass:

 

Step 1

You'll need to register for an NHS login on your computer, if you do not have one already. You can register here

To register for an NHS login you will need to upload a photo of your ID (passport, full UK driving licence, full European driving licence)

Step 2

Once you are registered, go back to the NHS login and click to receive Covid Pass, and then click on "Domestic".

Step 3

You should now receive your Covid Pass, which should look like the example image below:

Step 4

You now have the option to download the Covid Pass, which you can then display on your smart phone, or you can print off a paper copy. It will end up looking like the image below:

Please bring along your Covid Pass upon entry to a Ceroc South Wales venue, and show it to the door staff. There is a 48 hour exited date on the Covid Passes, so make sure you get this done on the day you wish to attend a class night.
